What is the average size of a tour?
Our trolleys accommodate 30 people per tour.
What happens if it rains?
We make every attempt to conduct the tours. If weather conditions become severe, the tour may be cancelled. Cancelled tours may be rescheduled or refunded.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Reasonable accommodations for all of our disabled guests will be made. Please call us at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.
The walking portion of the tour involves some stairs and narrow hallways inside each of the historic buildings that we will be entering and is not recommended for folks who are unable to safely navigate such elements.
How much walking is there?
Minimal walking is required to and from the trolley and the Old Jail. Inside, you will encounter dark and cramped spaces, stairs and narrow hallways.

1 hour and 20 minutes.
Is the tour suitable for children?
This tour is rated PG-13 and is not intended for young children. It is not a haunted house; but it is a historical tour turned completely on its head. We use haunted house style moments, historical facts, and creative storytelling to thrill, entertain, and scare our guests.
Do you tell true stories or do you make them up?
The stories are based on local legend and lore and have been historically researched. The stories weave together the history and haunted tales associated with the sites.
Are cameras allowed on the tour?
Absolutely! Be sure to ask your driver for tips to increase your chances of photographing the supernatural. Send us your evidence. Go to submit ghost photos. Our experts are waiting to offer their opinions and to answer your questions on what you have captured on film.
Are we going to see a ghost?
Many of our guests have reported unusual sightings on the tour. Remember to bring your camera…you never know what might appear.
