Halloween Events in St Augustine 2012
When the sun goes down in St. Augustine, darkness has a whole new meaning as the ghostly spirits come out to haunt. Take your seat aboard the Trolley of the Doomed and be ready to be afraid… very afraid. Aboard the Ghosts and Gravestones Tour, you’ll visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse where you’ll hear the story behind the terrible tragedy of 1873, and enter the ancient city’s most haunted building, the Old Jail, where paranormal experiences are the norm. St. Augustine’s “Frightseeing” Tour takes place every night and is one hour and twenty minutes long. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Board the trolley at the Welcome Center at 27 San Marco Avenue. St. Augustine’s most frightening Ghost Tour is very popular during the ghoulish holiday so make your reservations well in advance for St. Augustine Halloween 2012.
