The Rem Pod operates through conductivity and proximity to the device. If you get close to them, the lights and sounds will go off. Take note when nothing earthly is nearby, and it starts flashing and beeping. This is a great way to communicate once you know a spirit is in the room. You can ask them to try touching the light to make it go off, as well as use it for yes and no questions.
The SLS is an amazing tool that allows users to map out an environment. It fires an array of infrared dots used to trace entities, allowing us to see things not possible to see with the human eye.
Thermal cameras measure temperature throughout the room, blue being a colder area, and red being a warmer area. It can be used to detect cold or hot spots and residual imprints of the spirits.
The Ovilus works using its two antennas to capture the local environment around the device. It has a variety of modes, with the most popular being the Dictionary mode. The dictionary has a preset 2,048 words to choose from, and each word is triggered by different environmental conditions. Spirits can manipulate the environment, which is why we feel cold and hot spots. They will manipulate that local environment until they get the word they are searching for.
Used to detect electromagnetic fields, watch for spikes that turn to orange and red. Those spikes could be spirits nearby, and that lets you know something is in the room, and you can try to start communicating. A solid first tool for investigating!
