Our trolleys are equipped with wheelchair lifts and can accommodate one wheelchair or mobility scooter per trolley.

To ensure we can best accommodate your needs, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice. Please contact our Reservations Office at (904) 829-3800 to reserve your accessible space. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged, as our tours frequently sell out, and wheelchair-accessible trolleys are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that this tour includes a brief walking portion over historic terrain, including uneven surfaces, cobblestones, and stairs, which may present challenges for some Guests using mobility devices.

Because Ghosts & Gravestones visits protected historic sites, certain locations may be exempt from standard ADA accessibility requirements due to their historic significance. While we make every effort to provide the best possible experience, some portions of the tour may not be fully wheelchair accessible, including the Old Jail.
