What time should I pick up my tickets?

You must check in with our Ghost Host at least 15 minutes prior to your tour. Of course, you are welcome to check in even earlier than that.

Is Ghosts & Gravestones popular?

YES! We are the most popular night time tour in the city of Key West. By the time each tour leaves, it tends to be sold out. We recommend making reservations as far in advance as you can.

Is the tour too scary for my kids?

While the tour is not designed to be a “fun house” type of experience, with folks jumping out and scaring you, the ghost stories of Key West’s “darker side” do cover some mature subject matter, so we give the tour a PG-13 rating. Infants/toddlers are not recommended for this experience.

What is the average size of a tour?

Our trolleys accommodate 30 people per tour.

What happens if it rains?

We make every attempt to conduct the tours. If weather conditions become severe, the tour may be cancelled. Cancelled tours will be rescheduled or refunded.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

No. However reasonable accommodations for all of our disabled guests will be made.

How much walking is there?

Minimal walking is required to and from the trolley.

How long is the tour?

All tours are 90 minutes.

Do you tell true stories or do you make them up?

The stories are based on local legend and lore and have been historically researched. The stories weave together the history and haunted tales associated with the sites.

Are photos allowed on the tour?

Not only are they allowed, they are encouraged! Be sure to ask your driver for tips to increase your chances of capturing a supernatural entity in your photo. After that, send us your evidence! Use the #ghostsandgravestones when you post for a chance to be featured!

Are we going to see a ghost?

Many of our guests have reported unusual sightings on the tour. Remember to have your camera ready… you never know what might appear.

Are food and drinks allowed while on the tour?

Food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

Are dogs allowed on your trolleys?

Service animals are the only animals that are allowed on board the trolleys. A service animal means a dog, regardless of breed or type, that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a qualified individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Animal species other than dogs, emotional support animals, comfort animals, companionship animals, and service animals in training are not service animals.

Do you use sensory-sensitive equipment?

For guests with epilepsy and/or photosensitivity, please contact us before booking a tour, as some equipment used features a flashing/strobing effect, and we will need to make the proper accommodations.
